Privacy policy

We try to collect as little as possible. The data we hold falls into three buckets:

• Intake answers — the six quiz answers you give to generate a protocol (goal, budget, GLP-1 status, etc.). These are not tied to your name.
• Email — only if you choose to save your protocol or request the free starter. We use it to send what you asked for and, if you opt in, occasional updates.
• Click events — when you tap a Buy button or move through the funnel, we log anonymous events (which category, which surface) to understand what's useful.

To generate and email your protocol, to improve the product, and to measure whether our pages and recommendations are actually helping. If you opted into pixels-based advertising measurement, aggregate conversion events may be shared with ad platforms — see the next section.

We do not sell your data. Ever.

We use a small set of reputable providers to run the service. Each only receives the data needed to do its job:

• Supabase — stores intake answers, protocols, email captures, and click events.
• Resend — sends the protocol and lead-magnet emails.
• Vercel — hosts the site and provides privacy-friendly analytics.
• Anthropic — generates your protocol from your intake answers (no email or identity is sent).
• Affiliate networks (e.g. iHerb, brand programs) — when you click a Buy link, the destination may set its own cookies under its own policy.
• Meta and TikTok — only if advertising pixels are enabled, and only aggregate conversion events.

We keep data only as long as it's useful for the purposes above. You can ask us to delete your email and associated captures at any time — see below.

Every email includes a one-click unsubscribe. To request deletion of your email and any associated data, contact us (see the Contact page) and we'll take care of it.

Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights to access, correct, or delete your data. We honor those requests.
